Main template for article creation pages. Stores intro text/navigation and loads the actual creation boxes from a sub-template.

To add a new tab/article creation page:

Add the tab (at the top of the template code); you can simply copy/paste an existing line and change abbreviation as well as link
Create a template called {{Artikelerstellungsreiter/<abbreviation>}} and insert the article creation boxes etc.
