5mm Munition

Die 5mm Munition kommt in Fallout 1, Fallout 2, Fallout 3 und Fallout: New Vegas vor. Für eine allgemeine Übersicht siehe Munition.

5mm Standart

5mm Munition wird traditionell mit Gurt zugeführt und ist in relativ großen Mengen erhältlich. Das Magazin beinhaltet 240 Schuss, die auch nötig sind bei der Feuerrate dieser Waffe.

Folgende Varianten kommen ausschließlich in Fallout: New Vegas vor.

5mm Panzerbrechend

Panzerbrechende Munition ist speziell entwickelt wurden, um Panzerungen zu durchbrechen. Zu diesem Zweck wude die Hülse verstärkt und mit einer speziell gehärtenden und geformten Spitze versehen. Aufgrund der hohen Mündungsgeschwindigkeit und der Durchschlagskraft, ist der Schaden auf das Ziel leicht reduziert. Sie ist häufiger als alle anderen Spezialvarianten.

5mm Hohlspitz

Hohlspitzgeschoss expandieren beim Aufprall und die Splitter Reißen durch Stoff, Fleisch und Organe. Dadurch schaffen sie es dem Gegner mehr Schaden zuzufügen. Sie können allerdings keine Panzerungen durchbrechen, da dies ihr Aufbau verhindert und zerbrechen beim Aufprall auf ein gepanzertes Ziel.

5mm Überschuss

Überschussmunition ist schlechte Munition, die in größeren Mengen vorhanden ist und in ihrem Aufbau aus korrosiven Materialien besteht. Der daraus resultierende Prozess ist, das sie zwar ein bischen mehr Schaden anrichtet, sich aber die Waffe, aufgrund der ätzenden Stoffe schneller abnutzt.

Dieser kauf entspricht dem, als wenn man normale 5mm Munition kauft, nur das die 5mm Überschussmunition lose und in einer Box verkauft wird und man mit einer Qualitätsverschlechterung rechnen muss. Dafür ist aber der Preis niedriger.

Sobald die Transaktion beendet wurde, wird die Box automatisch entfernt und man erhält 250 Schuss 5mm Überschussmunition.

5mm Munition ist veraltet, sobald man einen Gatling Laser gefunden hat, allerdings ist dieser manchmal schwer Instand zu halten.Was aber die Minigun zu einer guten Alternative macht.
