Die .308-Kaliber-Schuss ist ein Typ der Munition, die man in Fallout 3 finden kann. Es kann nur mit dem Heckenschützengewehr und seinen einzigartigen Varianten verwendet werden.

Charakteristiken

The .308 caliber round is the third rarest Kleine Waffen ammunition found in the game, next to 44er Magnum mit Zielvorrichtung, and Luftgewehrmuniton; very few enemies carry Heckenschützengewehr, and many are located in hard to reach places or have only a small number of rounds to be looted. A notable sniper is Arkansas in Minefield. The Jagdflinte largely provides the same effect while using the much more common .32-Kaliber-Schuss, making the sniper rifle and variants limited in effectiveness until a stockpile of ammunition is acquired.

Gefangenenlager Turtledove (Point Lookout Add-On)	Roughly 50 .308 rounds	In the administration office, to the left.
Yao-Guai-Tunnel	Roughly 10 .308 rounds	South west of the Yao-Guai-Tunnel, near the wastelander tent at the sniper perch.

In The Pitt Add-Ons, the Munitionspresse can be utilized to make this ammunition out of Altmetall as long as the Freie Arbeit quest has been completed.
